本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價格保持平穩，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網價格: 鐠釹金屬價格404-409元/KG（上海有色，406-410元/KG），鏑鐵合金價格1220-1240元/KG，金屬鋱價格3850-3900元/KG（上海有色，3880-3920元/KG）。

俄羅斯政府已經決定降低稀土金屬礦石開采稅。根據政府主席梅德韋杰夫的說法，這將刺激稀土金屬的開采。稅被建議從8%降低到4.8%。(上海有色網)

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 404-409RMB/KG (price from SMM: 406-410RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1,220-1,240RMB/KG and Tb metal 3,850-3,900RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3,880-3,920RMB/KG).

The Russian government has decided to reduce taxes on rare earth metal ore mining. According to Medvedev, chairman of the government, this will stimulate the exploitation of rare earth metals. Taxes are proposed to be reduced from 8% to 4.8%. (SMM)

本周僅三個交易日，國內稀土市場表現平穩，交投乏力，節后市場人士多以觀望為主。下游需求動力不足，目前釹鐵硼終端需求除新能源汽車情況尚可之外，風電及傳統電子產品以維穩或下滑居多，加之現貨供應較為充足，價格缺乏上行動能。因接下來即將臨近春節，預計節前補貨行情即將啟動，但整體需求釋放預計有限，稀土價格料將保持平穩。(上海有色網)

Downstream demand power is insufficient, at present NdFeB terminal demand in addition to new energy vehicles is not bad, wind power and traditional electronic products maintain stable or decline in the majority, coupled with a more adequate spot supply, price is lack of action to upward. As the Spring Festival is approaching, it is expected that the replenishment market before the festival is about to start, but the overall demand release is expected to be limited; rare earth prices will remain stable.
